FAQ – Are Utilities Included at The Fitzroy Chenal?

Want the ease of having many of your utilities covered with your monthly rent? We are excited to offer you a hassle-free approach to apartment home living with our convenient Utility Package! Each of our brand-new luxury homes will feature many utilities included with your total monthly rent. This package is a way for us to say “Thank You” for choosing The Fitzroy Chenal. It’s also a way for us to offer you the convenience of not having the stress & costs of setting up several major utilities in your name. It’s also a great way for you to save money each month as our utility packages are valued at over $200.00 per month.

If you choose to join our community you will pay an additional monthly Convenience Package fee. When you sign your lease, the cost of your Convenience Package will be added to your monthly rent. What could be better than one monthly payment with most utilities included for hundreds less than what you would normally have to pay?

The following will be included with your monthly total:

Water & Sewage
Take as many relaxing soaks in your garden tub as you please all while knowing that your monthly total to us will never change! While most apartment home communities may bombard you with monthly bills that fluctuate, we try to make it as easy as possible for you.

Valet Trash Service
Resort-style living wouldn’t be complete without having a dedicated team to make sure your every need is taken care of. Taking out the trash can be one of the most dreaded daily tasks, but you no longer have to deal with such a mundane task. A Valet Trash Service Attendant will visit your door 5 nights per week to handle the dirty work.

Pest Control
Let’s face it, pests are no fun. Relax knowing that we will have a skilled Pest Control Technician that will service your home periodically throughout your stay with us at The Fitzroy Chenal.

AT&T Wireless High-Speed Internet
Through our partnership with AT&T, you can enjoy some of the fastest speeds around. Did you know that The Fitzroy is one of the only communities in Central Arkansas to offer fiber high-speed internet to our building? The fiber-enhanced speeds will open new possibilities for those of you who seek faster speeds for streaming your favorite shows or movies, surfing, shopping, gaming, social networking, business transactions, and more. 50 MPBS is included with your utility package as a valued resident at The Fitzroy. Wow!

Not Included - Electricity
We try to include as many services as possible in your apartment’s utility package. You would be responsible for setting up your individual account through Entergy of Arkansas for your electricity. Luckily, you have decided to live in one of the most energy-efficient apartment homes in Central Arkansas.

Before you move in, we will need you to provide proof of service before keys will be released to you.

Many people inquire as to how much you can expect to spend each month, but it really varies person-to-person based on how much electricity you use. Entergy has bill estimation tools that can give you an idea of what average costs may look like for the size of your new home. You can visit their website at www.entergy.com

Not Included - Cable
With our amazing internet speeds, you can stream your favorite shows without having to have a separate Cable package. Should you wish to purchase a cable package you will have the option of setting this up through our community’s ATT Rep for a low monthly cost.

How do I pick up a package at The Fitzroy Chenal?

Life is easy at The Fitzroy Chenal! We have an amazing package locker system called Luxer One. Local carriers have access to these handy lockers and will make deliveries to them for your convenience. You will receive an e-mail notification from Luxer One with a 5-digit passcode that you will enter on the touch screen kiosk. Once the passcode is entered, the appropriate locker will be opened automatically for package retrieval. Should the package lockers all be full, or should the package be too large to fit, the delivery personnel should deliver it to your door. The Office does not accept packages.  

Our Concierge Staff does nightly audits for packages that may not have been checked in by delivery personnel and will assign them to lockers so that you will get the notification and a code from Luxur One.  

Please note that we ask for any large deliveries such as furniture or deliveries that will not fit in a locker to be coordinated around your schedule as we have limited space available, please do not have them left in the mailroom. Please make plans to be at home to receive these deliveries directly from the carrier.

How do I work The Fire-Pit at The Fitzroy Chenal?

Each Fire Pit has an easy-to-use timer conveniently located on the side of the concrete exterior. Simply set how long you want to use them and enjoy! Please note the Courtyard and Pool will close nightly at 10 p.m.
