New to our community? Have some lingering questions about life at The Fitzroy? Have no fear! We are here to make this easy for you.

#1: HOW DO I RESERVE A ROOM?
We are pleased to offer the Party Veranda as a beautiful space to reserve for your next special
occasion! Our other amenity areas are available as a first come-first serve option with a maximum of
2 guests per Leaseholder.
The Party Veranda rental fees are as follows:
 $100 Rental Fee/$100 Refundable Cleaning Deposit (both must be paid at the time of reservation)

To reserve the Party Veranda and pick up the required paperwork and rules, just speak to a member
of our staff during normal office hours.


#2: DO YOU TAKE CARDS FOR PAYMENT?
We do not take card payments over the phone or in person. We are happy to take checks or money
orders at the Leasing Office. You also have the option to pay with a credit/debit card, one-time bank
withdrawal, or recurring monthly payment via your Resident Portal Account. Please find the link for
the Resident Portal with your login instructions via the Welcome Letter E-mail you received prior to
move in.

#3: HOW DO I PICK UP A PACKAGE?
Life is easy at The Fitzroy! We have an amazing package locker system called Luxer One. Local
carriers have access to these handy lockers and will make deliveries to them for your convenience.
You will receive an e-mail notification from Luxer One with a 5-digit passcode that you will enter on
the touch screen kiosk. Once the passcode is entered, the appropriate locker will be opened
automatically for package retrieval. Should the package lockers all be full, or should the package be
too large to fit, the Leasing Office will accept packages for you. Our Concierge Staff makes nightly
calls to notify you of any packages that have been received and remind you of any packages that
are waiting for you in the locker should you forget to check your e-mail. Please note that we ask for
any large deliveries such as furniture to be coordinated around your schedule as we have limited
space available. Please make plans to be at home to receive these deliveries directly from the
carrier.

#4: HOW DO I ACCESS THE TV’S IN THE
AMENITY SPACES?

Kick back and relax! Simply go to the Concierge Desk and leave a Photo ID to check out the
remotes for the televisions located throughout the community.

#5: WHAT ARE THE CYBER CAFÉ/JAVA
BAR HOURS?

Our Cyber Café & Starbucks Java Bar are open for your enjoyment 24 hours a day. 

#5: HOW DO THE FIRE PITS WORK?
Each Fire Pit has an easy-to-use timer conveniently located on the side of the concrete exterior. Simply set how long you want to use them for and enjoy! Please note that the Courtyard and Pool will close nightly at 10 p.m.
